Francisco Acedo Fernández

Francisco Acedo Fernández is a versatile humanist whose career spans history, literature, academia, art, media, business, and conflict resolution. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, as well as degrees in Philosophy and Letters, and in Geography and History, reflecting a broad and rigorous intellectual formation developed at leading international institutions. He pursued his studies in Salamanca, at the Autonomous University of Madrid, and furthered his education at St Andrews, Sussex, Cambridge, Rome, Georgetown and Atlanta. His professional trajectory encompasses research, teaching, heraldry, genealogy, mediation, and entrepreneurship. The author of more than twenty books and hundreds of articles, he is a regular contributor to the media. He serves as King of Arms to the House of Medici and is a member of several international academies and chivalric orders. His life has been devoted to scholarship, creative endeavour, and the service of heritage, culture, and dialogue.
