Save the Babies

EMERGENCY UPDATE: BABIES IN MORTAL PERIL. CAN WE HELP? WE HAVE TO TRY — BUT HOW?
Is It Still Possible to Help?
I DON'T KNOW.
Formula, food, and supplements for infants & babies were hard to find during the blockade that began on 2 March. Cruelly, GHF boxes don’t include them.
Four babies, ages 10 days to 5 months, died of starvation between 26 & 27 June. Parents describe once healthy babies “withering away before their eyes”—without formula, what can they eat?
Two babies preceded them on 25 June in the Nasser Hospital NICU. Director of Pediatrics Dr. Yasser Abu Ghalee says their stock of formula for preemies is almost gone, they have so many patients; pregant women with malnutrition are likelier to give birth to premature infants.
Even the markets are nearly useless: A precious can of "formula" costs $88US or more; cow’s milk starts at $59US.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
No one likes my ideas, so collaboration welcome. Call UN members and demand it use force instead of passing resolutions it knows the belligerent(s) will ignore? Participate in a action group until you can't?

what kind of occupying force specifically bans baby formula?
one that feels confident of never having to answer charges of Article 6 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, “Genocide”
(https://iccforum.com/rome-statute)
For the purpose of this Statute, “genocide” means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
seems like a blockade of all food and supplies, then allowing in a meagre amount of food but continuing to ban baby formula, violates (b) and (c) for sure. arguably, if babies can’t thrive because they’re born starving with nothing to feed them, you might have a case for (d), too.
So will these people go unpunished for such horrific crimes? and if not, what does that say about those meant to hold these criminals responsible?
because no one’s held them properly responsible for anything, ever, since they started their genocidal project a century ago.
