G.V. Sanjay Reddy

G.V. Sanjay Reddy is a prominent Indian entrepreneur and the Vice Chairman of the GVK conglomerate, leading its global interests across energy, airports, and life sciences. As Chairman of Reddy Ventures, he also manages a diverse family office portfolio with investments in technology start-ups across India, the US, and Southeast Asia.
He gained international acclaim as the Managing Director of Mumbai International Airport, where he spearheaded the landmark modernization of the award-winning Terminal 2. Additionally, he served as Managing Director for Bengaluru International Airport, designing the innovative "Garden Terminal" to enhance regional connectivity.
Sanjay founded Aragen Lifesciences, one of Asia’s largest pharmaceutical services organizations, and serves as Chairman of the biopharma data analytics firm, Excelra. He is a vocal advocate for emerging technologies, emphasizing the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence and green energy in modern infrastructure.
An alumnus of Purdue, Michigan, and Stanford, he was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by Amity University in 2025 for his significant contributions to business and society. He has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and "Emerging Business Leader of the Year" by AIMA.
He serves as Vice Chairman of GVK EMRI, the world’s largest free ambulance service, which has saved millions of lives across India. Beyond business, he is an avid art collector and a committed marathoner who has completed prestigious international courses like the Berlin Marathon.
