Rella Q • Holistic Therapist

With nearly two decades of experience in the wellness industry, Rella is known for her results-driven approach to physical healing and her holistic integration of mind–body methodologies. Her career began in personal training and progressed into rehabilitation and corrective care, where she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement. She is highly skilled in hands-on techniques, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), which she uses to help athletes and professionals resolve chronic pain, recover from injuries, and restore optimal physical function.
A pivotal client encounter eventually expanded her work into mental and emotional well-being. After completing her education in Psychology, she recognized the limitations of conventional therapy when practiced in isolation. Guided by her core belief that everything is connected, she developed an integrated model that bridges physical therapy principles with psychological insight and, for clients who are open to it, energy-based and alternative healing modalities. Her whole-person approach has attracted international clients, high-level CEOs, and public figures who value precision, depth, and individualized care. By addressing not only symptoms but also the patterns and root causes underlying them, she helps clients achieve lasting resilience, improved performance, and a profound sense of balance in both their personal and professional lives.
Grounded in science yet open to the fullness of human experience, her work reflects a simple truth: when the body, mind, and energy systems are aligned, true healing becomes possible.
FAQ
Q: Who are your clients?
A: From full-time high performance athletes to the sedentary; I work with clients from as young as 6 years old to 86. My clients typically come in through referrals from the Athletes and Coaches I worked with. My younger clients were sent to me for scoliosis treatment, flat feet and general postural issues; frozen shoulders and knee issues were more common in the aged population.
Q: Are there any individuals you don’t work with? Why?
A: I primarily work with clients who are open to a holistic approach, which combines physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being. If someone is seeking strictly medical or pharmacological interventions, I may not be the best fit since my work focuses on long-term, sustainability through lifestyle, movement, and healing from within. Even though I am able to provide effective pain relief and sports performance results for my clients, understanding the interconnectedness of the body, mind, emotion and spirit is the key in creating a lasting transformation.
Q: How would working with a holistic therapist like you differ from other wellness approaches?
A: I focus on balancing the mind, body, and emotions, looking beyond just the symptoms. My approach goes deeper than traditional methods, addressing root causes. Whether it's physical pain or emotional stress, I use a mix of therapeutic techniques, mindfulness, and customized strategies to help you feel empowered in all areas of life.
Q: How does holistic wellness help with issues like chronic pain or stress?
A: Chronic pain and the subconscious mind are often interconnected with our emotions and habits. I focus on techniques like IASTM, Movement Therapy, Alpha Alignment, and Psychotherapy to address the root causes of pain and stress. This integrative approach allows you to feel long-lasting relief and gain tools to manage future challenges.
