My Story
Previously, I worked full-time in the NHS, quickly advancing to a team lead and clinical specialist physiotherapist role. But despite my outward success, I felt unfulfilled. Early in my career, my ambition and resilience drove me to overcome challenges and seek managerial roles. I believe being young and queer mistakenly reinforced this drive for success and authority. As I developed this helpful but gradually destructive resilience, I soon realised how working in a hospital setting drained all my energy. This was confusing because I wanted the best for my patients but the environment didn’t feel right. Also, did I actually want a managerial position? The turning point came when burnout led me to a period off work and to seek psychological support. This experience hugely opened my eyes to the power of self-awareness and helped me discover my authentic self. Reading self-help books and having conversations with a super supportive partner helped me understand my true passion: empowering people to lead their own journeys. And so, as a personal coach, I believe everyone can create a meaningful and fulfilling life. Whether it’s through overcoming limiting beliefs, finding purpose or maybe finding the confidence to act. Using a holistic and personalised approach, my goal is to provide you with the tools and support needed for lasting change.
