Inside/Out Immersion

I guide experiences that bring people into deeper connection with self, with the more than human world, and with each other. I am a certified forest bathing guide, sound bath creator, mindfulness meditation facilitator, reiki master and herbalist. I bring these skills together along with sensitivity to time and place to create uniquely immersive experiences—no two are ever the same.

I am passionate about easing the personal and culturally embedded trepidations surrounding death. I support individuals and families in planning for death (best advice: do it while still healthy!), home and bedside accompaniment, transition ritual, after death care & ceremony, green body disposition, and other after-care necessities that are often difficult for grieving loved ones to navigate.
