Jabraj Singh

Jabraj Singh is the Vice President Projects - T&D International at KEC International Ltd. Based in Dubai, he specializes in strategic planning and P&L management for global power infrastructure. He expertly manages the Profit and Loss portfolio of the Power Transmission and Distribution business, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and top-tier financial performance across complex projects.
Associated with KEC, a $2.4 billion global EPC major with seven decades of experience, Jabraj drives business expansion and end-to-end project oversight across thirty countries. His work supports KEC’s footprint in 110+ countries, focusing on the design and construction of turnkey infrastructure, including high-voltage power transmission lines up to 1,200 kV and advanced sub-stations.
His distinguished career includes serving as the Regional Head for Southern Africa at Larsen & Toubro, where he managed a major $200 million power distribution project in Punjab. Previously, he led the International Business division at Sterling and Wilson and contributed to strategic planning at Tata Projects and technical sales at Dystar India Pvt Ltd.
He leverages KEC’s massive global production capacity of 4,22,000 MT and eight manufacturing facilities across India, the UAE, and the Americas to deliver large-scale turnkey infrastructure. This includes critical work in railways, civil infrastructure, and renewable energy, supported by a diverse international workforce of over 9,000 professionals representing more than 35 different nationalities.
His educational foundation includes a B.Tech from Guru Nanak Dev University, an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad, and a specialized certificate in Change Management from INSEAD. Jabraj remains dedicated to disciplined growth and sustainable infrastructure development, aligning strategic objectives with execution to meet KEC’s expansive global vision for the future of energy.
