About Me
I get it because I've lived it. 10+ years of career success alongside exhaustion no doctor could explain, leading to 2 years of disability with diagnoses no expert could treat. I spent those years learning what research proves about how stress impacts the body and what's required to reverse it, then used it to design my own recovery. It worked so well that my own doctor wanted to use my protocol with other patients. I use the same strategies with my clients because they work even better as prevention, before stress becomes serious illness.
