About Me
Jeremy has always been interested in the mechanics of how the human body moves. From playing 4 years of college football, to running 6 half marathons, Jeremy has a wide variety of interests when it comes to exploring the capabilities of his body.
Jeremy has worked with clients who are various points in their health and wellness journey. He believes that strength training is the foundation of training and his straight forward and no nonsense approach appeals to clients of all levels.
