We are exposed to so many silent assassins that take down our health: porn, frequent ejaculation, toxins, poisonous foods, trauma patterns. We are never taught how to take care of our brains and bodies. I teach men how to give their bodies and brains what they truly need to cleanse their bodies and restore their brains to live a healthy and thriving life free from the chains of addiction.
