A doula is a non-medical, holistic support during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum. I will meet you and your family a few times before the birth of your baby, provide you with educational resources, show you exercises and tips to relieve discomfort during labour and how to involve your partner to be a great birth partner. I will then be on-call for you until labour starts to be at your side up until a few hours after your baby is born.

Under certain conditions such as complications (in the pregnancy, during or after the birth or of the infant's health) or complicated situations (cesarian birth, feeding problems, twin babies, depression..) , your physician can prescribe you a postpartum support under the name of Haushaltshilfe (household help) which can be paid for by your Krankenkasse. I will take over some of the house chores, help you with your baby to give you some time to rest and support you emotionally. Postpartum support can go from 2 to 8 hours per day, for 2 or more weeks, depending on the agreement given by your health insurance.

Initially a photographer, my experience as a photo assistant in Paris, in fashion and commercial, allows me to be quite polyvalent. Aside a strong passion for analogue and documentary photography, I make portraits (artistic or business) and cover events. For families, I offer my services during pregnancy and birth, as well as newborn and family sessions.
