X (Twitter): Beyond Senior Citizen Tweets and Spam Messages

In the realm of smartphone applications, there are a few that manage to capture our attention and become an integral part of our daily lives. One such app that has left a lasting impression on me is X, better known as Twitter. Initially, I perceived it as a platform for reading the tweets of senior citizens or receiving spam messages from unfamiliar sources. However, a recent encounter with Microsoft Support through X completely changed my perspective. It unveiled a whole new world of possibilities and made me realize that X is much more than meets the eye.
