
Hossein Kassiri
Biography
Hossein Kassiri is an Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at York University, where he directs the Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory and the Center for Microelectronics Prototyping and Test. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and has held engineering roles in both academia and industry. He is also the co-founder of two neurotechnology startups, where he led the design of implantable and wearable medical devices and secured multiple patents and public/private investments.
