DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS

Drawings are the technical foundation that allows your design to be implemented without confusion or on-site guesswork. Depending on the selected package, you receive different levels of detail:

Basic zoning and furniture placement based on functionality, ergonomics, and client preferences. All packages include planning as the foundation for further design decisions.

Drawings of custom-made furniture (wardrobes, closets, built-in elements, etc.), as well as detailed wall elevations showing design solutions, finish placements, and decorative elements. This option is ideal for collaboration with a local architect who will adapt the plans to local building codes.

A complete set of drawings required for interior implementation: demolition and construction plans, electrical layouts, lighting, outlets, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, wall elevations, finish plans, etc. The full drawing set is tailored individually depending on the space.

Contractors receive clear instructions, and you get full control over execution. No guessing — everything is documented.

All furniture, lighting, finishes, and decor are selected based on your style, budget, and project location. You’ll receive a structured list of items with active links to online shops — making it easy to purchase yourself or hand over to a procurement manager.

▸ Furniture & lighting — ready-to-order items from online stores available in your country ▸ Decor — rugs, mirrors, artwork, faux plants with pots ▸ Finishes — tiles, wallpaper, decorative moldings, window textiles, paint, plaster, wall panels, veneer, stone. You will receive either direct product links or a detailed description (color, texture, format, image references) to consult with local contractors.

▸ Small, interchangeable decor (bedding, throw pillows, vases, live plants, figurines, shelf styling). This is part of the final decorating and styling stage, available as an additional service. ✦ ✦ ✦ ▸Exact SKUs of certain finishing materials (e.g. paint, wall panels, veneer, stone slabs, window textiles) — These are not always included due to limited global suppliers and region-dependent availability. Instead, you’ll receive detailed descriptions — color, texture, format, visual examples — for easy handoff to local contractors. If the project is located in the U.S., I’ll include trusted vendors I’ve worked with.
