My Why
With 8 years of emergency department and stroke nursing experience, I have seen my fair share of disease processes that can develop later in life secondary to poor nutrition and lifestyle choices. As an acne patient myself, it wasn’t until I started looking into the root causes of my acne that I saw the overlap between a healthy lifestyle for disease prevention and clear skin. After addressing my own underlying infections, inflammation, and blood sugar imbalances, I began to see my skin clear. With these necessary lifestyle changes I also lost weight and easily maintained it, I saw improvements in my lab markers, and overall I feel so much better. I am eager to help others reach their clear skin and health goals by simplifying health and wellness one step at a time.
