Kee Choi

After earning my degree in computer science back in 1997, I’ve spent my entire career working in academia, with some consulting projects sprinkled in along the way. My interests are in project management, productivity, and automation, focusing on what I call public-facing "Creative IT" projects. Growing up without the internet, I bring a Gen X perspective to the societal impact of social media. With 29 years of experience in Higher Education, I’ve been privileged to lead technology-focused projects and working groups. Over the past ten years, I’ve explored and deployed emerging technologies, including VR/AR experiences, Makerspaces, large-scale interactive displays, videography and photography tools, and IoT. My specialty lies in integrating cutting-edge consumer technology into educational environments. My LinkedIn tagline? "Serial Tinkerer." Outside of work, I’m a self-proclaimed foodie and an advocate for the OMAD diet (yes, you can be both).
