​By contributing to this fundraiser, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. ​Destination & Visa Contingency: While the final destination is chosen by the community, travel is strictly subject to visa approval and entry requirements. If a visa is denied or entry is restricted for the winning country, the runner-up destination will be selected. 2. ​Fund Allocation: Contributions are intended to cover core travel expenses (economy airfare, mid-range lodging, and local transport). Any additional expenses required to travel to the winner destination must be covered by the host(s). 3. Availability: I will do my absolute best to coordinate a central "Meet & Greet" event. However, specific dates, times, and locations are subject to change based on local safety, venue availability, and my personal schedule. Contributions do not guarantee a 1-on-1 meeting. 4. ​No Refund Policy: Donations are made to support the project of a fan-led trip. Because funds are used for non-refundable bookings (flights/accommodation), all contributions are final and non-refundable, even if the destination changes or a specific meetup is missed. 5. ​Liability: I am not responsible for any personal expenses, injuries, or third-party actions incurred by fans traveling to or attending the meetups. Participants attend all community events at their own risk.
