My passion goes beyond general counseling. I've received specialized training in anxiety, motherhood, obsessive compulsive disorder and depression. As a former Clinical Director, I did not just provide therapy, I received firsthand insight into the transformative power of prioritizing employee well-being and the positive impact it has on both individual and the organization as a whole. This experience has led me to speaking to organizations who want to Empower and Equip their female leaders by teaching practical tools to build mental resilience.
