Eyelash extensions are synthetic or natural fibers that are attached to your natural eyelashes one by one with a medical-grade adhesive to give the appearance of longer, fuller and thicker eyelashes. The extensions come in different lengths, thicknesses, and curls, which can be customized to create a variety of looks.

• Do not wear mascara or any eye make-up. • Dress comfortably • Avoid caffeine or stimulants • Avoid Excessive water - A trip to the bathroom may take away 10-15 min from application time. •Do not style your hair in a ponytail or with clips that may be uncomfortable while lying • Avoid applying oily products on your lashes or around your eyes. • Contact lenses must be removed prior to treatment, for this reason we recommend glasses are worn.

• Do not get your Lash Extensions wet for the first 24 hours (inc. swimming and baths), this allows the adhesive to cure. • Do not use steam rooms, saunas, sunbeds for 24 hours. • Do not attempt to perm, tint or use eyelash curlers. • Do not use mascara or any make-up containing oil on your extensions as they contain chemical properties that will break down the adhesive. • Do be gentle around your eyes. Do not rub or pick at your extensions. • Do use an eyelash comb or mascara wand. These are great for grooming your lashes each morning. • Do gently wash daily, with an eyelash cleanser, keeping the root area clean, to avoid mites. Carefully pat dry with a tissue.

Clients are offered a 3 day warranty. Please contact me directly if you have any issues or concerns regarding your extensions within those 3 days. We will solve the issue at no additional cost.

Please contact me directly if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.

LevMont Lashes by Marina does not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above).

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

We cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as we will not be able to provide supervision. Thank you for your consideration.
