Have you ever heard of the "sleep of the yogis"? And what wonderful things happen during it? In today's world, which is dominated by stress and everyone always having to be better, we often forget about ourselves. We no longer live just for ourselves, but more for everything around us. Yoga Nidra - sleep of the yogis - lets you experience the here and now in a completely new way and gives you time just for yourself. Your body is asleep and your mind is awake. This in-between world allows you to relax completely and with the intention/Sankalpa you choose before meditation, you set a goal/desire that will accompany you from then on and change your consciousness. Yoga Nidra strengthens the immune system, it strengthens your will and your ability to love yourself more.
