Grief, loss, and forgiveness have been my greatest teachers in healing, holding space, and cultivating patience. Through this journey, I have learned to lean into the transformative fire of loss to rise again, resilient yet soft. I lead with love and live from the heart in pursuit of moments of joy and weaving beauty with tenderness and grace.

My Lineage

A few years ago, nestled in the magical vortex known as Ojai, California, I began my path with Reiki Master and Holistic Educator Amber Lee. I was attuned in the Way of Reiki, rooted in the tradition of Dr. Usui Shiki Ryoho, and later received my final attunement in the Reiki Path of Mastery through her inner teachings. My Breathwork journey began under the guidance of teacher and space-holder Erin Telford, where I completed Levels 1 and 2. I later trained with teacher, author, and earth guardian David Elliott, receiving my Breathwork Facilitator certification through his heart-led teachings. I continue to fine-tune my practice through Ayurveda, daily mindfulness, movement, stillness and in community through healing circles and with my Global Sisterhood, where we infuse one another with prayer, courage, and light, empowering the feminine intuitive wisdom needed to elevate energy in our communities, across the world, and on this planet we share.
