✨ BOOKING & PAYMENT -Your appointment is secured with full payment or a $20 non-refundable deposit. -Any remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY -Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. -Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. -Late cancellations/reschedules will incur a $25 fee. (failure to pay this fee will result in a ban from future bookings). -If you paid in full and cancel, 50% of your payment will be retained. ✨ RESCHEDULING -One reschedule is allowed per appointment. -A second attempt to reschedule will result in cancellation and require a new deposit to book again. ✨ PAYMENT METHODS -Remaining balances accepted via Zelle, Debit Card, or Cash. -Apple Pay is not accepted. ✨ SATISFACTION & CARE Your glow matters to us!
