Short stories, essays, and creative non-fiction. That’s me! Born in Dublin, but living in Sligo, I have a background in community, arts and cross border work, all of which influence my writing about the everyday truths of ordinary people. In 2023 I completed a Bachelor (Hons) in English Writing and Literature at Atlantic Technological University under the mentorship of Una Mannion and Elske Rahill. After completing the Stinging Fly Summer School with Arnold Thomas Fanning, I am finishing a longer creative non-fiction piece. I’ve been facilitative storyteller for reconciliation projects and a community mediator. And I have the joy of working with primary school children to tell, write and record uninhibited stories.
