Welcome to the website of the folk singer and songwriter May Terra🌱🌳🌊⛰️ She began her career when she got in touch with folkmusic and started expressing herself through it after years working as an actress and English teacher. May Terra says she didn´t choose music, but was chosen by it instead. Her songs tell her own stories and personal processes, spiritual experiences and political issues. She is most influenced by Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Almir Sater and Dougie MacLean, gathering her own traits with these inspirations. Scottish gaelic folk songs are her favorites too.
