TIMELINE
We're on your timeline, just let us know when you'll be ready for showings and we'll take care of getting everything ready for a successful launch *we just like to have a lead time of 4 business days to allow proper scheduling of the photographer.
*If you want to have your home pre-inspected for a stress free pending process, you'll need to allow time for scheduling. Inspectors are typically 10 to 12 business days out on availability.
CONSIDERING A PRE-INSPECTION?
Even in a neutral market—or if you're planning to sell As-Is—a pre-listing inspection can be a smart move. It helps you understand the current condition of your home before buyers do, which can lead to fewer surprises during the transaction.
You’ll have the opportunity to address any major issues in advance, or simply disclose them upfront, which can build trust and reduce the chances of a deal falling through later. In an As-Is sale, this can help manage buyer expectations and streamline negotiations.
Ultimately, it puts you in control of the narrative and can lead to a smoother, more confident sale.
If you opt to do a pre-inspection, please let us know & don't forget to send us the paid receipt and we'll notate your file to give you a $300 check at closing to help reimburse you for that expense.
