PEARL of the Costa Blanca - This is the affectionate name of the village, MORAIRA, where you can find me. My owners found me in 2021, right by the sea, and fell in love with me ... My owners have been enchanted by the ability In the evening not only to see, but also to hear the sea, while having a glass of wine on the balcony. Alternatively, you can just step out of the door directly into one of the small Spanish restaurants and immediately feel at home due to the charm of the locals. In the morning, you can start with your home-brewed coffee or simply give yourself a boost in one of the beach cafés and then stroll along the beach or take a refreshing dip in the sea. I - the holiday flat - am warmly called their "Octopus Jewel". They have lovingly furnished me to perfection, so that every holidaymaker can enjoy not only the view and the location, but also the comfort. I am happy about every guest who would like to book me for their time out.

Residing in Moraira - with Fiber Optic Wifi connection, of course. First sea line, i.e. 1 min to the sea, 5 min walk to the beach, 0 min to the shopping and restaurant area. Third floor, (there is also a lift), and therefore with a superb view and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I have two air-conditioned bedrooms, (which can also ne heated in the winter), each with a large double bed (1,80m x 2,00m and 1,50m x 2,00m which is rare in Spain), a great kitchen with everything you need (coffee machine, microwave, cooker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer). I even have a washing machine and dryer on site if something needs a quick fresh look. All my windows are new, well insulated and fitted with fly screens, to keep the pesky beasts out, and the bedrooms are fitted with shutters so you can sleep in for longer. The bathroom with window and with shower, hairdryer and towels is always a place to freshen up. My living room is equipped with a large 58 inch TV and can receive Spanish, English and German TV and of course stream Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outside on the balcony two lounge chairs await you, where you can enjoy the view, protected from the sun by an awning. I look forward to seeing you.

PERLE der Costa Blanca - so wird liebevoll der Ort MORAIRA genannt, wo ihr mich findet. Meine Besitzer haben mich 2021 direkt am Meer gefunden und sich in mich verliebt … Abends bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon das Meer nicht nur zu sehen, sondern auch zu hören oder einfach aus der Tür direkt in eines der kleinen spanischen Restaurants zu fallen und sich durch den Charme der Einwohner gleich wohl zu fühlen, hat meine Besitzer verzaubert. Am Morgen könnt ihr starten mit eurem selbstgebrühten Kaffee oder ihr stärkt euch einfach in einem der Strandcafés, um anschließend am Strand entlang zu bummeln oder sich im Meer zu erfrischen. Ihr „Octopus Juwel“ werde ich - das Ferienapartment- herzlich genannt. Liebevoll haben sie mich perfekt ausgestattet, so dass jeder Urlauber nicht nur die Aussicht und die Lage sondern auch den Komfort genießen kann.

Wohnhaft in Moraira - selbstverständlich mit Glasfiber WLAN Anschluss Erste Meereslinie, d.h. 1 min zum Meer, 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, 0 min zur Einkaufs- und Restaurantstraße. Dritter Stock und somit super Aussicht und weit genug weg vom Getümmel. Ausgestattet bin ich mit zwei klimatisierten (für den Winter auch beheizbaren) Schlafzimmern und je einem großen Doppelbett (1,50m und 1,80m, was in Spanien selten ist), toller Küche mit allem, was man braucht (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank). Sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner habe ich vor Ort, wenn mal schnell etwas einen frischen Look braucht. Alle meine Fenster sind neu, gut isoliert und mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, um die lästigen Biester fern zu halten und die Schlafräume sind mit Rolläden versehen, um auch mal länger ausschlafen zu können. Das Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, Fön und Handtüchern ist immer ein Ort zum Erfrischen. Mein Wohnzimmer ist bestückt mit einem großen 58 Zoll Fernseher und kann spanisches, englisches und deutsches TV empfangen als auch natürlich Netflix etc. streamen, wenn ihr einen Account habt. Draußen auf dem Balkon warten zwei Loungesessel auf euch, wo ihr von einer Markise sonnengeschützt den Ausblick genießen könnt. Ich freue mich auf euch.
