🌙 FASCIA RELEASE (MER) - 1h / 80e 🌙
MER is very deep, integrative bodywork that is effective in treating pain (acute or chronic) and releasing energy, stress and emotions from the body-mind system. MER strengthens your bodyconnection and sense of self. You get to work with your body in a new transformational way that can combine touch, breath, movement, verbal cues and assisted stretching.
In MER sessions I use intense, slow movements on fascia and muscles. To actually reach the fascial unwinding, I go deep into the tissue with different kinds of techniques. In the session I invite you to be an active part of the process, guiding you to breathe consciously, to move and allow movement, sound and emotions flow freely.
MER can

In the beginning of the session there’s a discussion to find out your needs, wishes and boundaries for the session.
I also do a bodyreading to see your body's balance and spots of tightness & relaxation.
Duration can be 1h, 1.5h or 2h.

Yoga offers a beautiful way of finding more balance and presence, finding more bodyconnection and witnessing the unfolding of the body.
I don't believe in perfection.
A practice is called a practice for a reason: you get to practice being with yourself - your body, your thoughts & your feelings.
My classes are a space for you to listen closely what your body yearns for in the moment. Maybe it's a bit of sweating, maybe it's more softness or something in between.
I'll invite you to stay gentle towards yourself remembering it's Your practice.

🌙 SOUND MASSAGE - 1h / 70e 🌙
Sound massage is super gentle and very calming treatment. You may experience a full body relaxation, deep meditation or even fall asleep.
In the session I use handmade, therapeutic high quality Peter Hess sound bowls and occasionally also fen-gong. Bowls are placed on and/or around your body and played gently when you are laying comfortably under a blanket on a massage table. In the beginning of each session there's a discussion to find out customer's needs, wishes & boundaries for the session.
The harmonious sounds guide you towards alfa or even theta brainwaves, which are present in deep states of meditation and when you are falling asleep. The vibration of the sound resonates with the water and tissues in your body, bringing a cellular-level massage and physical relaxation. This is called a vibro-acoustic method - you benefit from the harmonious sounds and the gentle vibration.
Sound massage can

Duration is 1-1.5h and can be done at all times except
-on the first third of pregnancy
-if you are in the middle of cancer treatments (there’s no research on sound vibration’s effects on cancer cells)
-if you have a cardiac pacemaker and intense sounds affect your heart function
🌙 SOUND BATHS 🌙
Sound healing session for 2+ persons with sound bowls, gong and occasionally some other instruments. Enjoy the benefits of this lovely vibroacoustic method lying on your mat in a group setting. Here you can just let go and surrender to the meditative wave of sound.

I facilitate yoga, sound healing, meditation and tantric practices also in different workshops & courses.
In all of these the space is held for you to safely relax, get connected with yourself and your body. Changing themes in these workshops/courses lead you to dig deeper within yourself, bringing more authenticity, honesty, integrity, presence & love in your life.

I'm Sanna, a human being practicing living one day at a time and curiously witnessing the unfolding of life 🌱
I'm a fresh yoga teacher (200h YTT/2024) & an aerial yoga teacher. I'm a Peter Hess sound bowl massagist and P. H. sound bath facilitator. I'm also a certified meditation instructor and a certified tantric bodywork practicioner. I have studied myofascial energetic release (MER) since 2022 and continue to go deeper in learning about my passion, fascia. I have also studied energywork in reiki I & II courses.
My dive into the world of tantra around 2016 led me to become a tantric life coach (TLC) on 2020 and that deep self-work journey for sure impacted my whole life and work to become what it is today. My approach to all my work is very tantric - putting the emphasis on safe spaceholding, allowing, feeling, accepting and staying present. I constantly want to expand my understanding of being a human, in spiritual, mental and physical levels.
Drawing from what I know, I offer space for others to go deeper within themselves, to find more spaciousness, presence and connection in one's body/mind and life.
