Paul Shipper

Paul Shipper is an Award-Winning Movie Poster Artist and has been working as an illustrator for over 30 years. In the last decade he has become well known predominantly for his film poster art, as well as his award-winning Blu Ray collectors edition covers, and his artwork for Empire Magazine (honoured with the title of Visual Contributing Editor, October 2020). His passion for movie posters and his experience in art and design has led to his talents being used to create key art in advertising campaigns for film (Star Wars, Marvel MCU), music (Foo Fighters, MUSE), sports (Nike, Sky Golf, Paris Saint Germain FC), television (Netflix, Prime, HBO, Disney +), magazines (Empire, Billboard, Sports Illustrated), comic books (Star Trek, X-Files, 24) and novels (Ready Player Two, Gunsmoke). His work channels a nostalgic artistry grounded in the traditional art form that leans on the classic 80s movie poster aesthetic, keeping it alive for the next generation.
