RESTED with Jenny
Begin parenting from a place of REST.
Overwhelmed and running on empty? I see you. As a mama and Restorative Healing Practitioner, I understand the toll conscious parenting can take. I'm here to remind you: caring for yourself isn't a luxury—it's essential.
For the tender-hearted parent ready to rest, not retreat.
RESTED Parent with Jenny is a soft landing—a sacred pause for those stretched thin by the beautiful, exhausting work of raising little humans.
Held by the ancient wisdom of Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda, you'll be gently guided back to stillness—where doing gives way to being.
This is your invitation to rest deeply, restore gently, and return to parenting from a place of wholeness.
RESTED Parent Session
What to Expect in a Session
Each one-hour session is a gentle, grounding experience that offers practices such as intention setting, breathwork, soft yoga postures, guided Yoga Nidra, and reflective journaling—centered around the practice of rested parenting.
Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep," is a deeply restorative, lying-down meditation. You’ll be invited to get cozy under blankets and eye coverings, allowing your body to fully surrender and your nervous system to truly rest.
Ayurveda, a sister science to yoga, offers time-honored wisdom for living in harmony with your body’s natural rhythms. Through subtle seasonal and lifestyle guidance, Ayurveda helps you reconnect with balance, nourishment, and ease—both on and off the mat.
