Throughout my career, I have consistently pursued opportunities that align with my personal and professional values, and I will continue to do so.
I have helped several positions in different departments, I have turned around hotels, I have been in charge of Sales and Marketing, driven revenue, re-opened properties, searched for opportunities of Investments for Funds, I have advised Stakeholders and done the ground work for them.
I developed strong skills of leading teams, setting the example and driving customer focus awareness.
I am constantly learning and participating in courses.
I am fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Recently and after my Digital Marketing Masters, I moved to focus on Hotels Turnaround activity, Hospitality Consulting and Financial Advisory.
