I try to see the world with an open heart and a curious mind. I don’t have all the answers — far from it — but I do my best to really listen, to understand people beyond the surface. I believe in showing up for others, in small ways and big ones, and I try to make sure the people in my life feel seen and valued. I care deeply about the connections I build. If someone feels a little lighter after talking to me, or a little more hopeful, then I feel like I’m doing something right. At the end of the day, I just want the people around me to know they matter — and that I’m grateful to share this journey with them.
