At Sol Somatics 716, we believe that it's time for all of us to return to that place of love deep within ourselves, and to undo all of the unconscious belief systems that have been holding us from living in alignment with our highest good. In group or individual coaching sessions, clients will practice guided somatic breath work, providing a safe space for individuals to access and release suppressed emotions, such as anger, sadness, or fear. By connecting with these emotions and allowing them to flow through our body, we facilitate emotional healing and strengthen our resilience to life's challenges. Clients grounded in safety and regulation can learn about and apply the principles of mindfulness to build a more aligned and peaceful life. Sol Somatics is a place to relax, learn ways to cope with modern stressors and connect with like-minded individuals as clients explore their core identity, goals & values.
