My primary location is at the Desert Lotus Medical Clinic in Oro Valley at 1850 East Innovation Park Drive, just northeast or Oro Valley Hospital. I also offer in-home reflexology services in Marana, in the areas of Gladden Farms, Dove Mountain, and San Lucas, and Old Town Marana.

My primary field of study over time has involved the lymphatic system, and to that end I offer manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology lymph drainage, and scar release therapy. My approach to lymph care is customized to each individual case, and my target is to support both the lymphatic and nervous systems while working to increase quality of life.

My focus has gone beyond nursing to embrace modalities to assist the mind/body/spirit to reduce stress, boost immunity, and manage pain. I work primarily with clinical reflexology and therapeutic massage, drawing from eastern and western modalities to address the issue of dis-ease. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support others on their healing journey as they navigate their path to improved health and wellness.

As a stage 3 lipedema patient, I champion for lipedema awareness and support lipedema and lymphedema patients with modalities to move lymph and break up fibrosis, such as manual lymph drainage, myofascial release, reflexology, and scar release.
