Includes: Design and selection, living room, dining room, kitchen, main bathroom, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and move in/out by insured professional movers. Add-on rooms are available. Fifty percent deposit, balance at destage or closing. Renewal available if ever needed.

Starts at $250 Includes: Ninety minute detailed Home Prep walkthrough with sellers focused on practical education and excitement building. We create the to-do list for them and provide a Home Showing Quick Prep list to support a successful listing.

Starts at $300 Includes: Two hours of in-home Design Consultation including hand-on assistance to maximize functionality and personal style. Personal shopping and furniture sourcing services available.

We design, source, and install, leveraging our wholesale network to provide unparalleled value
