Kinesiology has personally been the missing piece in my puzzle. I thought fixing my body (diet/exercise) would have me feeing amazing, but I still always felt ‘off kilter’ ... you know that feeling when you don’t feel right but can’t work out what is wrong. Peeling back the layers with kinesiology and exploring my sub conscious emotions, patterns & beliefs is what bought me back into feeling ‘On Kilter’ … more aligned and in balance with myself which than allowed me to up-level my life. I just wish somebody had told me about Kinesiology and the benefits of it earlier. Because I received so much value out of Kinesiology, I decided I wanted to help people do the same. I now help people unpack & delve into their conscious/ unconscious stressors in the Body | Mind |Heart, with the aim to help them find their own ‘Kilter Space’ & ultimately level up. And to be vulnerable, the subconscious stressors I have unpacked so far include negative self-talk, constant self-doubt, wanting to belong, not thinking I was special enough and doing to meet others’ expectations. It’s forever evolving but now I’m now working towards moving into a place of trust, knowing & been seen! Before I pivoted into helping others, I spent 20 years working in the corporate world where I spent too many years being stressed & busy. Now, outside of Kinesiology I enjoy yoga, hikes, deep conversations & belly laughs with friends & family. And I honour rest, simplicity & space in my life.
