Hola! I’m Paola, a Colombian participatory artist, social entrepreneur and engineer living in the Netherlands. My work is rooted in the cultural traditions of southern Colombia and grows through collaboration with indigenous and Colombian makers. Through beadwork, ritual making and collective storytelling, I explore craft as a living form of knowledge. I create participatory art projects and spaces where people can connect with memory, identity and cultural heritage through making together. My practice moves between Colombia and Europe, building cultural bridges and keeping traditional knowledge alive in contemporary life.
