Booking Policies
1. Appointment Confirmation:
• The first appointment must be confirmed with a deposit of 20€ to secure your spot. This deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your total bill.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured.
Payment methods:
• The payment method is cash.
• The deposit of 20€ for the first appointment can be paid by MBway:918137212
Or by bank transfer PT50 0023 0000 45491305896 94 . The rest is paid cash .
2. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance , will be requested a compensation of 50% of the value of the service.
• For cancellations within 48 hours, the €20 deposit will not be refunded.
3. No-Show Policy:
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be requested 100% of the service cost.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
4. Late Arrival:
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, If rescheduling is not possible, the service time may be reduced, but the full service fee will still be charged.
5. Health and Safety:
• Clients are asked to inform us of any allergies ,sensitivities , fungal infections or psoriasis prior to their appointment.
