I am Brooke! The Fit Stylist!
Hi I am Brooke! I love everything hair and fitness! I am almost 33 years old and I have 2 beautiful daughters! I have been a hair stylist for 13 years and a salon owner for almost 11! I own 2 salons in Waxahachie! Fitness has always been something my life was centered around since graduating high school. I have worked with multiple personal trainers, I have done group fitness and I did CrossFit for a while! Eating healthy is something I’ve always done since I was young, but I had no idea how wrong my ideas of nutritious foods were until I began body building and competing on stage through the NPC in 2017. I have competed in 8 shows throughout the years. I’ve learned so much about food throughout this process. I struggle with major gut health issues and through trial and error I have learned better ways to control my gut by eliminating certain foods in my diet and maintaining stress. I’ve learned to not be afraid of food. Food can become your best friend and make you strong, healthy and happy once you find the right balance, and understand the importance of quality food. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat. If you want to gain weight, you need to eat. Food is what our bodies run off of and if you’re not feeding it nutritious food in the right portions then your metabolism slows down and the weight goes up!

Nutrition Program Information
My nutrition plans are completely customized to you personally. I will send you a list of questions to answer about your body and the foods you do and don’t like. Depending on your body type and your goals you will have 5-6 meals a day that all need to be eaten every single day. Most of them are smaller snacks if you’re on a weight loss journey. On your check in days you will need to send me your updated weight and pictures and we will discuss any changes that need to be made from there! This is the healthiest way to lose weight. Food will become your best friend and you will learn healthy eating habits to create a new and healthy lifestyle! Workout Plans are available for an additional charge as well! I will give you all the guidance you need with supplements as well as with water and seasonings and condiments. You will be set. You just have to do it!
What Option is Best for you?
You can pick from 2 different options when it comes to the way your plan works! 1. If you’re one that needs to be told exactly what to eat, then I will give you a very specific plan with specific foods. This is typically best for those of you who are on the go and don’t want to stress or be overwhelmed with options. 2. If you are one who has time to cook every day and you want a lot of options, I can give you a plan with various options for food and the portion sizes for different things. This will take a tad more work on your end planning out what you want to eat off the choices I give you, but if you like to cook, have a family you want to benefit from this by cooking different things for them, or can’t eat the same thing every single day this may be the plan for you!
Show Prep
If you’re interested in competing in a show please reach out for more details! I do online coaching for shows! I work with your nutrition and posing and give you online workouts to do. This is weekly check ins with weekly updates. I will supply you with every last bit of information you need!
