I'm Greek, a licensed psychotherapist, and an athlete my entire life. I took up running after college and ended up running 9 marathons in 3 years. During that time, I also qualified for the iconic Boston Marathon. In 2013, I realized I had dairy and meat sensitivities, hence the "Meatless" part, and said buh-bye to meat and limited dairy intake. In 2014, I relocated for work, and fitness was buried due to so many changes, including first-time mom in 2016. Blessed beyond belief, and mama x 4, I was stuck in "Mom Life" where fitness was non-existent for ~9 years! I finally said buh-bye excuses and HELLO self-care. The "Meatless Mama" was created as a 1-on-1, 12-week program to help mamas fuel and conquer their health and fitness goals for life. It works by "rewiring your brain" to find balance in busy "mom life," stop yo-yo dieting, discovering food & fitness you enjoy. You will learn easy, nutritious recipes, while gaining self-esteem and confidence!
