🎨 MY DESIGN PROJECTS
Packaging Design
The “Huni” project is a packaging design for a food venting machine featuring three products: Kawakawa with Dark Chocolate (Large Size), Horopito with White Chocolate (Large Size), and Kamokamo Seeds, Honey with Milk Chocolate (Small Size). As a packaging designer, the project emphasizes the use of locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and eco-friendly packaging. The design incorporates illustrations of ingredient maps to showcase the product’s local origins. Huni stands out with its focus on health benefits, unique textures, and fun, modern packaging. The products are designed to engage all five senses and are ready to eat directly from the packaging.

Publication Design
Food Process: A Design Project, A Commonplace for Food explores the idea of food as a medium, material and text—to examine archiving and documentation as a core practice in graphic design. Viewing food culture as a commonplace, the project looks at how everyday experiences with and around food can be preserved and transformed into lasting visual narratives. Initially prompted by Tomato's book PROCESS: A Tomato Project: this project explores various strategies in the making process such as documenting, archiving of ephemera, visualisation of music, etc., and what John Warwicker calls simply, 'time based media'. The legitimacy of Process as an approach is expanded on, positioning documentation and archiving as essential tools for the designer who looks to practice from everyday life.

Mixed Media Design
This experimental series pushes the boundaries of graphic design by merging street art, found objects, and digital manipulation. I began by capturing gritty textures using unconventional tools—scanners, microscopes, elastic hair ties, lipstick, and bubble wrap—transforming them into bold, tactile patterns. Through iterative processes of printing, rescanning, and digital distortion, raw urban elements evolved into layered compositions where chaos meets precision. The result is a dynamic collection of prints that celebrate accidental beauty, material experimentation, and the hidden potential of everyday objects.

AR Design
In this AR project, I created AR card and AR interaction with artivive. I created an Augmented Reality (AR) experience for Auckland Transport Airport Services. When users scan their AT HOP card, a map of major train routes and video will pop up. This interactive map offers real-time information, guiding travelers through the airport. The goal is to make airport navigation easy, enjoyable, and informative for users.
