Trijya Garg

Trijya means 'radius, ' hence, her pen name. To her, poetry is the radius that draws the circle of her existence. Born and raised in Delhi NCR, India, she is an India State-level swimmer, enjoys playing the guitar, and is a sucker for an old school romance, and the band The 1975. She graduated with BA(Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi. Trijya sipped from the verses of diverse poets until May 2020, when she penned her first poem. Now she pours her soul, mind and heart through words into a potion, exploring every emotion; serving a dose for others and herself to feel; providing a space for self-reflection. She published her first poem in a Global Digital Anthology, 'Pluviophile' in 2020, based on Mental Health Awareness. 'Spiced Dreams and Scented Schemes' was her second anthology with 10 other Indian writers. 'rather sunsets' was her debut book of prose and poetry, published in 2021. 'HEADS.HEARTS.SOULS.ANCHORED.' is her second book of prose and poetry, which is a tribute to her favourite band, The 1975.
