About Me
I started practicing yoga in January 2015 and immediately became enthralled with every aspect of the practice.
Now, with nearly 10 years of experience, my classes are heavily influenced by my background in Ashtanga yoga and focus on the importance of alignment, Bandhas, and most importantly the breath.
I'm passionate about teaching the foundational basics of the asanas, helping students build both strength and flexibility, as well as teaching advanced clinics and strong inversions.
