Who I am
I discovered yoga in 2007, while I was living in London. Having spent most my childhood training as a rhythmic gymnast, movement had always been an inherent part of my life. At twenty one I began traveling to India annually, to study alongside some of the world’s greatest yoga masters. I began leading my own classes in 2012, while apprenticing with my teachers in London’s leading yoga centre Triyoga. After five consecutive trips to the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India, I was fortunate to receive the esteemed Level 2 authorisation by R.Sharath Jois. I am currently based in Greece, where I teach both traditional Mysore Ashtanga classes, as well as modern style Vinyasa Flow. My flows are an integrative blend of classical yoga and movements from several disciplines like mixed martial arts, mobility and contemporary dance. My objective is to inspire people to tap into their intuition and own personal wisdom through movement. I encourage students to use movement as a tool for embodiment and self-expression. My aim is to share my knowledge in a non-dogmatic way, while holding space for others to experience healing through conscious movement.
