BIO
With more than two decades of creative and organizational leadership in the areas of art, nonprofits, and educational institutions, I have developed strong management, communication, and strategic planning abilities. My leadership capacities mean that challenges and opportunities are faced proactively, and with an eye for innovative solutions. I value relationships and the building of these in the service of community and organizational mission. I am currently working as Chaplain of Canadian Armed Forces, Communications Director of Peace Portal Church, President of POIEO, and Founder of Wild Grass Studios. When not at work, I love to eat good food and to enjoy culture by watching slow movies as well as emotional K-dramas, swimming, and reading nonprofit case studies. I live in Langley, BC with my lovely wife and our two sweet children.
