


Huda means “Divine Guidance” or “Path to God” in Arabic. I’ve always believed names are never arbitrary, so I often wondered why I was given mine. It wasn’t until I found Yoga in 2017 that the path began to reveal itself.
Yoga and Breathwork have since reshaped my life, helping me heal and live more consciously. These practices weren’t always accessible to me, which is why it’s now my mission to make them more inclusive and accessible to all.
I’m grateful to walk this path with you and to share what I’ve learned so far to support you in living more consciously, both on and off the mat.
BREATHWORK JOURNEYS
We are born with an inhale, and we die with an exhale. Breath is the thread that carries us through life, and it directly influences the quality of our lived experience.
Breathwork has been one of the most transformative practices in my journey, and I’m honored to share this healing modality with you.
Through intentional, conscious breathing, we can not only release suppressed emotions and trauma stored in the body, but we can improve the flexibility of the nervous system as well, making it more adaptive and less prone to getting stuck in stress or shutdown states.
Somatic Breathwork also supports the dismantling of mental blocks and ingrained behavioral patterns, and can often lead to creative breakthroughs and spiritual insights.
WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES
My teachings are inspired by the practices of Pranayama, Vinyasa, Hatha and Katonah yoga with emphasis on breath and finding balance between "sthira" strength and "sukha" ease.
My classes are a safe space where everyone is welcomed and where the wisdom and ancient practices of yoga are accessible to all.
