COMMUNICATION
Effective communication between guests and host is vital for a successful stay. If communication becomes challenging or the guest's behavior contradicts our policies, adjustments to the agreement may be necessary, and in extreme cases, the reservation may be canceled. Please refer to our policy guidelines for conduct expectations. ✨⭐️✨ Are you seeking a transformative journey, exploring movement classes, spiritual retreats, or simply unwinding in a serene environment? Share your intentions with us! What brings you here, and what experiences are you hoping to encounter during your stay. We're excited to welcome you to our tranquil sanctuary! ✨☀️✨ Our cozy Houses & Private Cabins offer an ideal setting for personal retreats. While you're welcome to work on-site in our comfortable environment, we kindly request that external public business activities be avoided. While we adore pets and children, our spaces cater to adults seeking tranquility. To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please limit the number of guests. Subletting and house sitting are not permitted. Your cooperation in maintaining a serene atmosphere is appreciated; please keep voices and device volumes low.
PAYMENT METHODS
At present, we can only process payments in cash, which can be made in either Guatemalan Quetzales or US Dollars. The exchange rate is Q7.3 for $1USD. SECURITY DEPOSIT Cabin $100 | House $200 | Long Term $600+1R •Your security deposit will be refunded fully 3-5 days after Check-Out.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. • Please ensure that you gather all personal belongings before your departure. • Kindly return the key to any staff member or leave it on the door of your room/house. We appreciate it if you could send us a photo of the key before you leave. • Feel free to enjoy our common areas for as long as you like after check-out. STAFF HOURS Our dedicated team works from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They are responsible for housekeeping, maintenance of common areas, gardening, and repairs. Please note that we are unable to accommodate individual requests to alter their working hours. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. CANCELATION POLICY • Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. • For bookings made less than 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. • Please note that once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the dates are permitted. 💤 Quiet Hours 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM 🔹Check-In 3:00 PM | Check-Out 11:00 AM 📡 WI-FI “UNICORN REBORN” Password: 0987654321 | Speed: 12MBPS Please note that the availability of internet access relies on our StarLink providers and may be subject to town's electrical power stability. 👩‍🍳 KITCHEN • Help us keep the kitchen organized and clean. • Never leave your cooking unattended. • Avoid using metal utensils for cooking or washing pots. • Remember to wash and dry your dishes after using them. • Keep things in order and empty the dish rack. 🧼 BATHROOM • Keep the bathroom clean after each use. 🚽 TOILETS • Please do not dispose of toilet paper or sanitary products in the toilet to prevent drain blockages. 🚿 SHOWER • Left (On | More water) for colder water. • Right (Off | Less water) for warmer water. 🗝 SAFETY • Always ensure the main entrance door is securely locked and avoid granting access to unfamiliar individuals. • If you find yourself locked out, assistance is available for a fee (to be paid directly to Housekeeping). • Lost keys incur a replacement fee ranging from $50 to $100. 🚭 SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms to prevent smoke from permeating curtains and bedsheets, which may result in an additional cleaning fee.

While we have additional water reserves onsite, occasional reduced pressure or temporary shortages may occur. We appreciate your cooperation in conserving water and understanding any temporary inconvenience.
