It is about the formation of a community of passionate team members who have the necessary means and a pronounced interest in a villa lifestyle. We provide information on our website and social media and carry out villa expeditions. Since it is mostly seaside villas in dream-like regions, the catamaran is the best and cheapest transport and accommodation of choice. During the expeditions we form teams and visit the villa and area to get missing information and to collect data by drone, Leica camera and GIS analysis on site.
