A Capri Villa Expedition will take place in September 2024 with a group of Swiss on a sailing catamaran, in which we will take photos, videos and drone videos. In the following you will learn about the goals of this Villa Expedition, the tourist destinations that you will discover together with interested, like-minded people and locals. The later owners of the finished villas are free in their decisions of the usage of the property and will rarely meet later if the usage periods are well diverted. However, it is particularly important that the future owners get to know each other and know about the skills and resources of the owner community. Above all, key qualifications such as craft, investment, accounting and willingness to invest as well as the interests of the parties are to be found out in order to be able to assess the implementation and costs of the villa development project. In addition, you should fall in love with the region on this Villa expedition trip, get to know the potential for tourists and be encouraged mentally to design and plan this project on site.
